I paid ONE THIRD of what I would have paid because my only concrete-based alternative was to get the stairs ripped out and repoured entirely. Matt, the owner came by to help fix a problem. Great guy. Backed my car out of the garage for me because I don't do well in reverse and I didn't want to run over any of their equipment. He was very cool and right in there with the guys getting his hands dirty. Pleasure to meet you, Matt and thanks again for everything.
I want to also toss Kudos at Jessica, the Office Manager, who coordinated all of this and worked with me on the details (and happily took my money). She's wonderful to work with and had all of the answers to my questions.
The little marketing cards you guys put out "We can help with that" and you shove in the cracks? BEST marketing idea ever. I laughed so hard, that I called. It worked.
My front porch stairs were sinking and my driveway was a trip hazard the way the concrete pads had settled. Everything is level now, and although they had some unexpected challenges, they prevailed and improved the curb appeal of my home 100%, not to mention made it SAFE again. It was an awful trip and fall hazard. The guys were so nice....they were professional, knowledgeable, and have minor OCD issues (much to the benefit of their customers). The precision used to make these repairs was totally unexpected. They had their levels out constantly as they filled the voids with their magic foam and raised the concrete back to where it belongs. Thank you, Sprague. You're install crew is the BEST.
The little marketing card "We can help with this" got me to make the call and Jessica's excellent customer service. This is not to mention that it was a third of the cost that the concrete-based alternative would have been.
