Stop Replacing. Start Lifting & Leveling.
Sunken or Uneven Concrete Doesn't Mean Replacement.
Most contractors tell you to tear out and repour sunken or uneven concrete — a $5,000–$15,000 job that takes weeks. Concrete lifting and leveling with polyurethane foam (the modern alternative to traditional mudjacking) costs a fraction of that and is finished the same day. Whether you found us searching for concrete leveling, mudjacking, or polyjacking — this is the better solution.

Frequently Asked Questions
Concrete Lifting & Leveling FAQs.
What is concrete lifting and leveling?
Concrete lifting and leveling (also called polyjacking or foam lifting) is the process of injecting expanding polyurethane foam beneath a sunken or uneven concrete slab. The foam fills voids in the soil and raises the slab back to its original level — without tearing it out. Most jobs are done in 1–3 hours and you can drive on the slab in 15 minutes.
What is the difference between mudjacking and concrete lifting?
Mudjacking pumps a heavy cement-and-soil slurry under the slab to raise it. Polyurethane foam (polyjacking) is lighter, waterproof, and won't wash out or compress over time like mudjacking material. Injection holes are dime-sized instead of silver-dollar-sized, and the foam cures in 15 minutes rather than 24–48 hours. Foam is the modern standard — and what we use.
How much does concrete lifting and leveling cost in Northern Colorado?
Most residential jobs in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and Windsor range from $1,500 to $3,500 — usually 50–75% less than full concrete replacement. Pricing depends on the size and number of slabs. We provide free, no-obligation on-site quotes.
What causes concrete to sink or become uneven?
The most common causes are soil erosion beneath the slab (often from water), poor compaction during original installation, tree root movement, and freeze-thaw cycles — which are especially common in Northern Colorado winters. As the soil shifts, the slab loses support and settles unevenly.
Can you level cracked or damaged concrete?
Yes — most cracked concrete can still be lifted and leveled. After lifting we can also seal cracks with a flexible polyurethane joint sealant. Full replacement is only necessary if the slab is severely shattered or structurally failed, and we will tell you honestly during the free inspection.
Where do you provide concrete lifting and leveling services?
We serve all of Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Johnstown (our headquarters), Berthoud, Timnath, Wellington, Severance, Eaton, Milliken, and Mead. If you are within about 2 hours of Johnstown, call us and we will confirm.
