This home owner called us because he was sick of the concrete problems he was having in his garage. He was trying to fix the step leading from his house into his garage. One corner was settling so much....the slab started cracking and the step getting into the house was getting bigger!! We went out to take a look. His garage had sunk a few inches on one side. We can fix this! We will use Poly Foam to level the slabs beck up to where they should be! Doing that will bring the step back up to its original height!
