Tracy is a Colorado native who grew up in the concrete block and brick industry alongside his father in Sterling. In his free time, he enjoys flying his Stearman Bi-Plane, fly fishing and singing in a barbershop chorus and quartet. Tracy is married and has four children and four grandchildren.
