Adam was personable and thorough.
Our Installation Crew
Chris and Kacey(?) were great, Called before coming. Got to work right away. Did a great job carrying out work, cleaning up and then explaining everything post-job. I had seen both of these fellows work for three days across our street, and just their work ethic and great demeanor prompted me to include Sprague in my estimates.
The Cleanup Process
They even tried to clean off the foam from a decorate metal ant that had been buried in the snow near our porch. : )

What made you choose our company:

Although you were more expensive than the estimates I received for mud-jacking, after looking through your thorough materials, and looking at your website reviews, I decided to bite the financial bullet. The materials you send out are a real plus, and your follow up with scheduling was very good. This job would not have been able to be completed in January if I had gone with a mud-jacking company.
