This homeowner's driveway, walkway and porch settled. With the sunken, uneven concrete they knew it was time to have the concrete repaired and protect it from further damage. Our crew uses a polyurethane foam to lift, level and stabilize the concrete slabs. The concrete was power washed, then sealed with a penetrative sealant to protect against spalling, pitting and staining. Lastly, NexusPro Joint Sealant was used the caulking used to seal the joints and any cracks. The caulking will keep water from entering beneath the slab and protect the soil from erosion.
This driveway was in need of repair after years of water seeping below the slabs it eventally began to fail with visible cracking @ the surface. Luckily only a few cracks were @ the surface but the voids below needed attention to stabilize the concrete above. We used Polylevel (polyurethane foam) to lift and level the concrete slabs, followed by NexusPro (crack sealant) to ensure water will not seep through cracks causing additional erosion.
