This front patio and steps had shifted over time causing an uneven walkway and cracking throughout the concrete slabs. The homeowner decided to have their concrete lifted and leveled with PolyLevel Foam. The joints and cracks were sealed with caulking known as NexusPro Joint Sealant. The concrete was power washed and a sealant was applied to the concrete to protect it from future spalling and stains. 

Many of our customers learn to deal with a fallen landing or step over the years.  It's not a big deal until you see visible damage to a concrete slab or it finally sinks so far you trip on your way in the door.  Here's a great example of the work we can do when you finally get to your breaking point! The walkway was unlevel causing a trip hazard. We were able to lift and level the slab using PolyLevel. Then, the joints were sealed with NexusPro!

Colleen C. had previously sealed her walkway which started to chip away at the joint but shortly after realized the sealant was not adhering to the concrete like she had hoped.  After weather, sun and normal wear and tear it was time to find a better solution.  We installed a 2 Part system which includes PolyLevel foam underneath her sidewalk to level off and fill any voids below; as well, NexusPro joint sealant was injected into each expansion joint to eliminate water penetrating the soil below.  The 2 Part System also includes a transferrable 3 year warranty.
