Entering into the garage was not smooth. The driveway dropped due to the ground settling beneath the concrete. We lifted the driveway using PolyLevel Foam and Sealed the joints with NexusPro to prevent this issue from occurring.

This back patio slab sunk causing large cracks to form throughout the concrete slab. The slab became unlevel making it difficult for patio furniture to sit flat. Our crew lifted the slab back to its original position using PolyLevel Foam. The foam was injected beneath the slab using a pea-sized hole. As the foam expands, the soil beneath is compacted, then lifts the concrete. This process ensures a stable lift. The large cracks were sealed with NexusPro Sealant to prevent water and debris from entering through the cracks. Sealing joints and cracks help prevent future soil erosion. 

Adrian and his wife had not been living in there home in Ault, CO for very long when they noticed their stairs began to fall.
