I liked the process you use.

Our cracked stoop and sinking driveway are fixed!!! The results look great and so much better than unmatched new concrete would look. It is a lot more cost effective as well. The cracks are now sealed to prevent any water issues going forward, and our driveway and stoop are level and solid. The two gentlemen performing the work were very competent and professional, and sought our input at various stages. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

The team did a great job in explaining the process. Front porch step looks like it was when the house was new. Great Job!

Chad is a very likeable estimator and thorough in his approach. The crew was very flexible in the way they approached the driveway repair and they didn’t take long. The hole are surprisingly small which is great for the home owner. Alex and his crew member (sorry I have forgotten his name) were very careful in methodical in their approach to fixing our back patio since we had pavers onto of cement it required some extra steps. The production manager was on site to provide guidance and problem solve. I included before, during and after pictures - very happy with the outcome.

  Called to let me know when they would arrive, arrived when they said they would, explained the process. Reviewed the work at the completion and discussed any issues they had as well as gave some suggestions on other services I might want to explore.  Left the property better and cleaner than how they found it.  I chose Sprauge for the initial response to my inquiry. I was pleasantly surprised at every point during the process. Very professional - they did what they said they would do, even a bit more, when they said they would perform the services at the quoted price.- rare these days.

Sprague Structural Solutions was quick to come out and provide a quote to seal our driveway control joints. Very professional from the initial visit all the way through installation of the sealant. You can tell they take great pride in their work. They also strive to provide the customer with the comfort that their work will last. The entire process has been easy, each step well explained and the final product was great. The crews leveled and void filled driveway, patio and stoop, sealed and caulked all joints and it looks great. They were able to raise and level the stoop, which had partially sunk, back to almost new. Alex and Jordan were polite, on time, always explained the work and left everything clean and complete.
