This customers back patio had detached from her house and has been sinking rapidly over the past few years. Our team of experts with the use of Poly Foam, an alternative to mud jacking, was able to lift and level the concrete back to where it should be, getting rid of any unnecessary spacing.
A section of the basement floor dropped creating a gap between the floor and the walls. Our crew leveled the concrete back to its original position using foam injections. We caulked the concrete's joints with NexusPro.
In the heart of Loveland, Colorado, a homeowner wanted to ensure their cracked walkway was no longer an obstacle course. The front stoop sunk 2.75" from its original position. We lifted the concrete steps back up to their original position using PolyLevel Foam, allowing for an even entry into the home and preventing water from pooling in this area. The joints and cracks were seal with NexusPro to prevent this issue from occurring again from soil erosion.
