The front walkway was leveled with PolyLevel and the cracks were sealed NexusPro.
Lots of homeowners experience sunken porches. We can lift and level them back to their original position, so you do not have to have concrete re poured.
The walkway has dropped due to soil erosion from having exposed/unprotected joints. Using PolyLevel Foam injections, we lifted the concrete slabs up to their original positions. NexusPro Joint Sealant was used on the joints and cracks to protect them from water.
We occasionally encounter clients who believe their concrete is in "good enough" condition and don't require our assistance. As a result, a few years later, we get a call stating that the precise location we examined a few years prior has settled a few inches. The good news is that we can still correct it, but the bad news is that the settling-related damage will be more noticeable and will cost twice as much to fix. Whoa. In order to save hundreds of dollars, Mark made the proactive decision to fix the places before they got worse rather than waiting for his concrete to settle considerably.
Sue was having issues with her sunroom and door over the years and finally determined it could not be put off any longer. It took a few months of her thinking it over before she decied to give us a shot. Prior to us coming in she could not easily open or close her sunroom door due to sinking on the concrete slab below. After completion her sunroom was leveled back to its original position but she was still unable to open and close her door correctly because of settling and movement on the lock mechanism. Matt and his crew wanted to make sure she could use her sunroom that night so they stayed behind and fixed the problem free of charge. Sue is now a happy camper and looking forward to many more years of use to her sunroom. Thanks Sue, we appreciate your business!
