Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

We see stoops and porches that have fallen every day.  If you're a homeowner in Colorado, you know concrete fails frequently in our climate.  With our freeze and thaw cycles over the winter months, porous concrete surfaces absorb moisture, so soils below are washed away.  For this customer compaction during the original construction is most likely the culprit.  Thankfully PolyLevel not only lifts and levels concrete slabs but also compacts the soils below as an added benefit!

This driveway has settle in multiple locations. We leveled the driveway using PolyLevel Foam. In addition to leveling the driveway, we sealed the joints with NexusPro to prevent water from entering. 

This customer had major sinking from poor soil compaction.  We were able to lift and level the stoop back to its original position restoring his property value and curb appeal!

PolyLevel Foam lifted the concrete slab to its original position and NexusPro was used to seal joints so no more water can enter and erode the ground beneath the concrete.
