Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

We completed a concrete leveling project in Briggsdale, CO, lifting and stabilizing sinking back patio steps. Soil movement had caused the steps to settle unevenly, creating a tripping hazard. Using professional concrete lifting techniques, PolyLevel Foam, we raised the steps back to their proper position and stabilized the base. We restored safety, function, and appearance without the need for full replacement.

These front steps in Fort Collins were sinking significantly making it a challenge to get in the front door safely. Our crew lifted them back to their original place with Polylevel foam, and sealed all joints and cracks with Nexus Pro to prevent any water from getting under the slabs.
