This concrete stoop dropped significantly on one side. We lifted it back to the original position to remove the trip hazard and stabilize the front stoop. The joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to keep water out and the soil beneath in place.
This homeowner's back stoop sunk overtime creating a trip hazard for coming and going in and out of the house. Our expert crew lifted the stoop back up to its original position using PolyLevel Foam. The cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from intruding through the slabs.
The driveway presented the issue of old caulking coming up creating trip hazards. We removed the previous caulking and applied NexusPro to seal the joints and cracks. SealantPro was used to seal the driveway making it water proof, stain resistant, and prevent spalling.
This back stoop and walkway dropped over 3 inches, creating an uneven and serious safety issue. Our concrete repair team lifted the stoop using polyurethane foam and a jack to guide the lifting process. The stoop is stabilized, leveled and safe!
The back walkway was sinking causing a gap by the home. The crew lifted the walkway with PolyLevel. They sealed the area in between the house and concrete and the control joints with NexusPro to keep water out.
