Gary wanted his back patio to be refreshed. Amazing results with DecoShield.
Concrete sinks for a variety of reasons, most often it is due to improper drainage or heavy rains which erode soil underneath concrete pad and cause them to sink or become unlevel. We can fix your concrete right the first time!
Example of lift and level on concrete driveway. We used PolyLevel Foam to lift the concrete back to its original place and seal all joints and cracks with NexusPro.
This concrete driveway was shifting, cracking and weeds were growing throughout the joints showing that soil erosion is likely the cause. Our expert team drilled pea-sized holes into the concrete slab, injected PolyLevel Foam and leveled the concrete was to the original position creating a smooth surface. The joints and cracks were caulked with NexusPro to prevent future soil erosion and keep away those pesky weeds.
This homeowner's driveway was settling due to voids beneath the slabs. The joints were exposed allowing water to enter which is apparent based on the foliage. Our crew void filled and leveled out the concrete slab with foam, then sealed the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water intrusion.
