Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner's driveway, walkway and porch settled. With the sunken, uneven concrete they knew it was time to have the concrete repaired and protect it from further damage. Our crew uses a polyurethane foam to lift, level and stabilize the concrete slabs. The concrete was power washed, then sealed with a penetrative sealant to protect against spalling, pitting and staining. Lastly, NexusPro Joint Sealant was used the caulking used to seal the joints and any cracks. The caulking will keep water from entering beneath the slab and protect the soil from erosion. 

Sinking steps are no fun! James called in wanting a solution to his sinking steps. Our crew lifted the steps with PolyLevel and filled all the joints and cracks with NexusPro!

This back patio dropped creating an uneven surface that caused the slab to crack in multiple areas. Drainage issues, poor soil compaction or soil erosion are the likely the culprits of this concrete slab failure. Our team lifted and leveled the slab back to its original position using PolyLevel Foam injections. The cracks were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from entering between the cracks and causing further settlement.  

The driveway lift and leveled with PolyLevel and NexusPro was used to repair the cracks and fill the joints.
