Great customer service! My concrete leveling and repair job was scheduled over 2 months ago. They called a few days before the scheduled date to see if I was available to have the work done a few days early, as one of their jobs was canceled. I was happy to get it done asap. The crew called to let me know they were on their way. The young men that came out to complete the work could not have been nicer or more respectful. They did a great job in lifting my very sunken sidewalk and some other repairs. They truly cared about doing a good job and getting it right. And they cleaned up so well after they were finished. I felt my business was really appreciated because I was thanked several times. I would highly recommend Sprague Structural Solutions!

I had an excellent experience with Sprague and all involved. First was Jake who came out and gave me a quote on the work that I needed to be done. He didn't push anything and left it all up to me to decide which route I wanted to go. Then Justin and Kacey came out and did an excellent job. They explained what they were going to do and how. It was very fascinating watching them in action. I asked a lot of questions and they had no problem explaining the process. They worked very well together and seemed to compliment each other. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Excellent company and staff.

My experience with Sprague has been uniformly positive. The pandemic placed a number of obstacles before us, but everyone at Sprague tenaciously stayed on task. Good people. Good work.

Awesome job Sprague!!

Kacey and his assistant did an excellent job leveling our driveway and a portion of the sidewalk which has been broken for years. They sealed the joints and cracks and used a colored sand to finish it off, which looks very professional. It should blend with the concrete over time. Very friendly guys, and we really appreciate the job they did for us. We highly recommend Sprague, and they provide a great value for this type of work.

On time and professional 

Our cracked stoop and sinking driveway are fixed!!! The results look great and so much better than unmatched new concrete would look. It is a lot more cost effective as well. The cracks are now sealed to prevent any water issues going forward, and our driveway and stoop are level and solid. The two gentlemen performing the work were very competent and professional, and sought our input at various stages. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

Chad is a very likeable estimator and thorough in his approach. The crew was very flexible in the way they approached the driveway repair and they didn’t take long. The hole are surprisingly small which is great for the home owner. Alex and his crew member (sorry I have forgotten his name) were very careful in methodical in their approach to fixing our back patio since we had pavers onto of cement it required some extra steps. The production manager was on site to provide guidance and problem solve. I included before, during and after pictures - very happy with the outcome.

We needed to have our front steps and back porch fixed and we reached out to a few places and Sprague Structural Solutions was the only company that got back with us. We got an estimate and had them come out and raise our areas. Both Jadan and Alex were simply AMAZING. They were very professional and explained to us what was going to happen.
