This customers driveway is all sealed up for the winter months ahead.
Concrete repair is not a new concept. Mudjacking has been the go-to form of lifting and leveling sunken concrete for years. Unfortunately this form of concrete repair rarely permanently fixes the problem and mudjackers have to drill large holes in your concrete to allow the mud slurry to be pumped under a slab. All these reasons are why PolyLevel our polyurethane foam, is far more effective. We drill small holes, about the diameter of a pencil and inject PolyLevel to create a waterproof barrier and lift sunken concrete back into place. The before and after here show what a drilled hole looks like prior to lifting and leveling. In the after photo, you can see the lifted concrete sidewalk with concrete patches. The fresh concrete patch is visible but once it cures will mostly come off with a garden hose and disappear with a little wear and tear.
This front patio and steps had shifted over time causing an uneven walkway and cracking throughout the concrete slabs. The homeowner decided to have their concrete lifted and leveled with PolyLevel Foam. The joints and cracks were sealed with caulking known as NexusPro Joint Sealant. The concrete was power washed and a sealant was applied to the concrete to protect it from future spalling and stains.
This concrete sidewalk had dropped significantly causing water to pool right in front of it. We lifted and leveled the sidewalk with Polylevel to eliminate this pooling issue! Very happy customer. Good job team!
This stoop dropped overtime causing a potential trip hazard. Our crew lifted the steps using PolyLevel Foam and sealed the crack with NexusPro.
