Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

With the help of NexusPro, Sealant Pro and Polylevel we were able to take this customers driveway to the next level. Our team was able to leveling out the few dips the driveway had, repair any eye soring cracks, and seal the driveway to help protect it for years to come. 

Rich and Connie Davis had been struggling with cracks for a few years trying everything to avoid the eyesore, then they called Sprague Structural Solutions. We were able to come out remove any previous crack sealant and fix them using NexusPro!

This back patio slab sunk causing large cracks to form throughout the concrete slab. The slab became unlevel making it difficult for patio furniture to sit flat. Our crew lifted the slab back to its original position using PolyLevel Foam. The foam was injected beneath the slab using a pea-sized hole. As the foam expands, the soil beneath is compacted, then lifts the concrete. This process ensures a stable lift. The large cracks were sealed with NexusPro Sealant to prevent water and debris from entering through the cracks. Sealing joints and cracks help prevent future soil erosion. 

We had an opportunity to use red NexusPro to ensure the stamped concrete was sealed correctly and looked great!

Cracked concrete joints can not only be a perfect home for weeds but also allows water to seep below your slabs and wash away soil!  It's only a matter of time before the slabs will sink and crack unless preventative measure are taken.  This driveway is not going anywhere now! All the joints and cracks are sealed as well the slabs are stabilized with PolyLevel!
